If your child is aged 0-6 years and has a developmental delay or disability, they may be eligible to receive support from Community Interlink via the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

Community Interlink is a partnership of registered Early Childhood Early Intervention (ECEI) NDIS providers, that deliver care to families living in northern and central Victoria.

Community Interlink’s registered ECEI NDIS providers are Goulburn Valley Health and Nexus Primary Health.
