Community Interlink is a registered Home Care Package Provider delivering in-home support to seniors
in northern and central Victoria and southern New South Wales.

What is a Home Care Package?

A Home Care Package is an Australian Government funding subsidy awarded to eligible seniors with care needs.

Once activated by a registered provider, your Home Care Package can be used to purchase services and equipment to help you remain in your own home.
